What is your 'zero-risk' policy all about?
At Partnered Projects, your peace of mind comes first. We don't charge you until we've successfully secured approval for your submission. Instead, we implement a 7-day payment hold. If, within that time, we haven't secured approval for you, your order is automatically canceled.

Is your service legit?
Partnered Projects is dedicated to nurturing real fan engagement. Delivering legitimate views is very important to us. Leveraging our extensive network of creators, we meticulously tailor your music promotion to match the genre or style, maintaining constant communication throughout the process.
Does every song automatically get approved?
Unfortunately, we can't accommodate every song submission. If, for any reason, our network of editors is unable to support your music, you will receive an immediate refund. It can take up to ten days for refunds to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
How long does it take before the promotion starts?
After purchasing a TikTok Promotion we'll pitch your song to our network of editors and if approved, we can generally get your campaign up and running within 2 business days. That said, we like to allow seven days for pitching to creators, especially for larger orders. You will receive updates from us within one week of purchasing your campaign.
How long will my campaign last?
Your campaign duration will depend on the size of your order, please see below for campaign timelines:
- 3-5 edits: 1 week
- 10-15 edits: 2 weeks
- 25-35 edits: 3 weeks
- 50-65 edits: 4 weeks
Why was my song refunded?
If for some reason we can’t find the right fit for your song then we’ll provide a full refund.
How often will my TikTok Promo dashboard be updated?
Your dashboard will be updated for a total of 60 days. During the first week it will be updated every 6 hours, every 12 hours the second week, every 24 hours the third week, every 48 hours the fourth week, and then twice a week for the last 30 days.
Will my content continue to grow after the service?

It ranges greatly from song to song, so unfortunately we're unable to provide estimates.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to target a specific audience for your song(s).
How do I get my song on TikTok?
Most distributors (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, etc.) distribute your music on TikTok. With this in mind, when you’re releasing a new song through these services make sure you’ve opted in to distribute your music on TikTok. We can only accept orders once the song is available on the app.
What part of my song will be used?
Most distributors (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby etc.) will allow you to customize the section of the song which will be available on TikTok. Once your song has been distributed to TikTok, a one-minute section will be available for video creators to use. Our creator team will analyze the one-minute clip to determine which section has the highest chances of going viral.
What is a TikTok Sound URL?
When a song is distributed to TikTok via a distributor (DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby etc.), a song page will automatically be generated. The Sound URL can be found by searching your artist name and song title then navigating to the “Sounds” tab. You can then click on your song name which will take you to a page that looks like this. Simply copy and paste the song link to our website.
