General
General questions. If you have any additional questions, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
What is your 'zero-risk' policy all about?
Here at Partnered Projects you will NOT be charged until we have secured an approval for your submission. Instead of taking payments up-front we use a 7-day payment hold. If we are unable to secure an approval for you within 7 days your order will automatically be cancelled.
We pride ourselves on being the only music marketing service that operates this way. We have always and will always put our clients first.
Is your service legit?
Partnered Projects is dedicated to nurturing real fan engagement. Delivering legitimate views is very important to us. We have a large network of creators to whom we tailor your music depending on the genre / style, and with whom we keep constant communication. Therefore we can make sure that your song is placed on relevant videos.
Our services are trusted by platinum recording artists because we deliver results you can count on, every single time.
How do I get my music on Spotify, YouTube and TikTok?
In order to get your music on Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and more you have to do it through a distributor. For instance via DistroCat.
Will my content continue to grow after the service?
YES. This is the whole idea behind our service. We don't want to simply push your song, we want to push your entire brand via that song. The goal is to gain fans who then continue to engage with your content both past and future.
Partnered Projects is not a means of promoting your song; Partnered Projects is a promotional strategy to promote your brand and build a fanbase VIA a song. Yes, you will attain a considerable number of views with our service, but the true benefit lies with the fans you gain as a result.
Why was my song refunded?
If for some reason we can’t find the right fit for your song then we’ll provide a full refund.
What if I ordered over the weekend?
Music doesn't sleep, and neither do we! We have campaign managers operating 7 days per week to ensure your campaign gets running as soon as possible.
Spotify Promotion
Questions that apply directly to our Spotify Promotion service. If you have any additional questions, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
How does the promotion work?
With the Spotify Growth Music Marketing service, we pitch your song to our network of global Spotify curators based on your genre/mood. From there you can sit back and relax as your music will be reviewed and placed. If we're unable to support your track for any reason you will be immediately refunded.
Does every song automatically get approved?
Unfortunately no, we can't push every song. If the curators within our network are unable to support your music for any reason, you will be immediately refunded.
How long does it take before the promotion starts?
After purchasing Spotify promotion we require 1-2 business days to pitch the song to our network of curators who then require an additional 1-3 business days to review and approve submissions. In most cases your promotion will go live within a day or two, but we like to prepare you for the worst case scenario!
How long will my campaign last?
The exact time of the campaign is up to the curator of the playlist, campaigns can last anywhere from 2 weeks to over 3 months.
Why was my song refunded?
If for some reason we can’t find the right fit for your song then we’ll provide a full refund.
Will my content continue to grow after the service?
It is very likely.
How do I see growth from a campaign?
To view how many streams your song has generated in each playlist you can visit your Spotify Artist account.
Why was I taken out of a playlist?
Your song is placed on active playlists for a set amount of time based on the curator that placed the song, and the package that you purchased. The curator will remove the song at a certain point based on this.
My song is not getting enough streams.
If your song is not getting enough streams please send us an email at support@partneredprojects.com with a screenshot of your Spotify for Artists stats and we will do our best to fix this issue.
The playlist that I was placed in is not specific to the genre of my song.
Sometimes your song might be placed in a playlist that contains multiple genres of music. Under such circumstances, your song is placed according to the style of music that we believe would be appropriate for the said list. For example, a summer playlist may include Pop, House and Indie genres.
Some of the playlists you sent are not as active as I’d like them to be.
Some playlists are simply more active than others and the activity of these playlists is always fluctuating. However you can be certain that you will get the number of streams that you ordered from these placements combined.
Can you target a specific audience?
Unfortunately we cannot target a specific audience for your song. At Partnered Projects we pitch according to genre and style of music.
YouTube Promotion
Questions that apply directly to our YouTube Promotion service. If you have any additional questions, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
How does the promotion work?
With the YouTube Growth Marketing service, we will start by creating a hyper-targeted ad campaign. This means we will carefully target highly engaged viewers based on your genre, mood, and video content. As the campaign progresses we will continue to optimize your campaign to ensure we blast past your minimum view target. If we're unable to support your track for any reason you will be immediately refunded.
Can explicit content be promoted?
This depends on HOW explicit the content is. Showing nudity, drug use, blood/gore, violence, etc will have Google disapprove your ad for “Shocking” or “Adult” content. However, light swearing or brief/mildly suggestive content generally still gets approved. If you aren't sure if your song will be approved, feel free to email us!
How long does it take before the promotion starts?
The only step of this process that is out of our hands is the review process carried out by YouTube. It generally takes about 2-5 days for an ad to be approved. That being said, we’ve seen ads get approved within a few hours while some take as long as 2 weeks.
How long will my campaign last?
This will heavily depend on your package size. Smaller campaigns can be completed as soon as 24 hours after going live, while larger campaigns of over 1,000,000+ views can take over 30 days to complete.
Can I have access to the campaign statistics?
Your campaign manager can provide basic details about your campaign, such as views delivered and view rate, but for a more in-depth analysis please refer to your YouTube Studio account.
How long will it take to see views and Engagement?
Views and engagement appear 48 hours after your campaign is live.
Can you target a specific audience?
At Partnered Projects we target according to genre and style of music. If there are certain territories you'd like to target please contact us at the bottom of this page to discuss a custom plan.
Will my content continue to grow after the service?
Of course! This is the whole idea behind our service. We don't want to simply push your song, we want to push your entire channel via that song. The goal is to gain subscribers who then continue to engage with your content both past and future. That being said, our formula delivers high audience retention (typically 60%+) and engagement, which further drives YouTube’s algorithm to place your video in the “Suggested Videos” tab. This boost to the algorithm helps ensure your video continues to grow long after the campaign has been completed.
Not many people have the budget to promote every single song they release and we understand this. We see artists everyday who promote single songs to baseless viewers which simply results in a number, rather than dedicated fans (even if the promo is organic!!). The beauty of YouTube is the ability to engage directly with the people visiting your content and to explain your vision in the description. This interaction is essential to growing your brand.
Partnered Projects is not a means of promoting your song; Partnered Projects is a promotional strategy to promote your brand and build a fanbase VIA a song. Yes, you will attain a considerable number of views with our service, but the true benefit lies with the fans you gain as a result.
